Privacy policy

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and the address of the home.
• Your project: what you want done, your choices, room measurements and scans, photos you upload, messages, quotes, contracts and signatures.
• Payments: amounts and status. Card and bank details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Work on your home: the plan, photos our crews take, and notes. During a visit, our crew’s location is shared with you while they’re on the way.
• Website use: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location from your IP address, collected without advertising cookies.

• To price, schedule and do the work you ask for, and to keep you updated by text, email and in the app.
• To take payments, keep records and meet legal, tax and permit requirements.
• To confirm we serve your address and plan our crews’ routes.
• To handle warranty requests and remind you of seasonal upkeep if you’ve asked us to.
• To improve our pricing and scheduling from how jobs actually go.
• To protect our customers, crews and systems from fraud and abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only as needed to do the work:

• Our crews, and licensed plumbers, electricians and inspectors who work on your job, get your name, address and what they need to do it.
• Service providers who run parts of our business for us: hosting (Vercel), payments (Stripe), text messages (Twilio), email (Resend) and address lookup (the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder).
• Suppliers receive order details without your contact information, except where a delivery goes to your home.
• If you ask for work we don’t do, we pass your request to a partner company only with your agreement.
• Government offices for permits and inspections, and anyone the law requires.
• A buyer or successor if the business is sold, under this policy.

We text you only if you agree to it, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. Your phone number and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing. See text message terms.

We use a few cookies the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, remember your language and credit a referral. Our analytics don’t use cookies or track you across other sites.

We keep project records, contracts and payment records for as long as the warranty and the law require, generally seven years after a job. Requests that don’t become jobs are deleted or anonymized after two years. Photos of your home are kept with your home’s record so you have them later.

• See and update your details in Your home.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. Some records we must keep for tax, permit or warranty reasons.
• Turn off texts by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails with the link in each one.

To make a request, reach us on the contact page. We’ll confirm it’s you before we act on it.

Your information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and links we send you are unguessable and tied to your job. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you.

Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
