Terms of use

Prices on the website and in the app come from your choices and measurements. Until your measurements are verified, a price is an estimate and may be shown as a range. The price becomes fixed when you sign the contract for your job.

Start dates are real openings on our crews’ calendars. A date’s price can be lower or higher than list depending on how busy that week is; the difference is shown before you choose, and the price in your contract is what you pay.

Reserving a date is free and holds it for 72 hours while you measure and review your price. If you don’t sign within that time, the hold ends and the date is offered to others. Reserving doesn’t commit you to anything.

Work begins only under a signed contract, which sets the scope, the price, the payment schedule, the start date and the warranty. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract wins. Changes to the work are made in writing, with the price shown before you approve them.

Service prices are set before we arrive. If the job turns out to be different from what was booked, the technician tells you the new price and does the work only with your approval.

• Give us accurate information, including measurements and photos of the actual room.
• Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it or use someone else’s links or account.
• Links we send you (to your quote, project or home) are private. Keep them to yourself or people you trust.

The website, apps, designs and images belong to 4 Seasons. Images labeled as renderings show our standard options and may differ from your finished job in color and detail.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 4 Seasons isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website. Nothing here limits your rights under your contract or under Georgia law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
