On newer iPhones the app takes a 3D scan of the room. On other phones you tap the corners of the floor. It takes a couple of minutes.

The price comes from your measurements and our cost for each material and hour of work. When you sign you pay for your materials; after that, each payment goes out only when a step passes its check.

Every job runs on a written plan. You see each step as the crew finishes it, with photos, and you have a day to hold its payment. The last payment waits for your walkthrough.

The price you sign is the price you pay. It changes only if you ask for a change, or if we open a wall or floor and find damage that couldn’t be seen beforehand, like rot or a failed pipe.
If that happens, we stop and show you what we found. You get photos and a separate price for the repair, and we continue only after you approve it.
The app measures your room, and our pricing is built from the cost of every material and hour of labor a job of that size needs. An estimator reviews each measurement before you sign. If the scan isn’t clear enough to price exactly, we tell you and arrange a short video call instead.
We stop and send you photos along with a price for the repair. Work on the repair only starts once you approve it. Everything else in your contract stays at the price you signed.
You pay for your materials when you sign, which orders them and locks your start date. After that you pay for each step of the work once it passes its check, and the last payment comes after your final walkthrough. Nothing is charged for work you haven’t seen, and every payment shows in the app.
No. Reserving a date online is free. We hold it for 72 hours while you measure, and your first payment, for materials, comes only when you sign.
The dates you see when you order are real openings on our crews’ calendars, after the few days we need to order and pack your materials. Most bathrooms take four or five working days on site.
Weeks when our crews have room cost less, and a date right after a crew finishes nearby can too. The difference is shown next to each date before you choose.
