Each step has a price before you start. When its photos pass the check (and office QA on the steps that need it), that step's pay goes to your account right then. No invoice, no waiting on a check.
The kit covers the parts. For whatever it didn't, the job has its own card, capped at a share of the job's parts budget. It's the job's money, not yours, and the card closes when the job does.
Everything the account does is a written rule: when pay moves, what the job card can buy, what the office is told. Nothing happens to your money that isn't on that list.
