Last updated September 24, 2026
What we send
- Replies to your requests and your price.
- Scheduling: confirmations, reminders, changes and when the crew is on the way.
- Updates while the work is under way, payment requests and receipts.
- Warranty and seasonal upkeep reminders, if you’ve asked for them.
- One-time sign-in codes when you ask for one.
We don’t send advertising from other companies, and we never share your number with third parties for their marketing.
How you agree
You agree by checking the text message box when you request a price, reserve a date or book a visit, or by texting us first. Agreeing isn’t a condition of buying anything from us.
How often
It depends on your project. Most customers get a few messages a week while a job is scheduled or under way, and few or none otherwise.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us; we’ll confirm once and send nothing more. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or reach us on the contact page. Spanish works too: PARAR or ALTO.
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
